This event is open to the public but is focused on small business owners on the New Bern Avenue BRT Corridor.

Safety and Security for Small Businesses
Learn about safety improvements coming to New Bern Avenue and the BRT, plans for crime reduction, and compassionate responses to those in crisis from a panel of experts representing the Raleigh Police Department’s Southeast District, Oak City Cares, the City of Raleigh’s ACORNS program, the Raleigh Chamber, and the City’s Vision Zero initiative to end serious injuries and fatalities along its transportation network.

The workshop will begin with a BRT project update. Light food will be provided.
